More About Me
Client-Focused“Let us not strive to be people of success but people of value and when we are of value to our companies, our clients, and our communities, then we will be successful.” - Albert Einstein......... My career in real estate culminates all of my business experience and personal real estate knowledge to provide world-class service to my clients. With over 25 years experience as an executive sales manager and leading client services with the IBM Corporation and Rational Software Corporation, I know that it is critical to place your requirements as my client first through every step of your real estate experience. By applying my attentive listening skills and commitment to frequent communication, your preferences and needs will become well understood. Together we can then shape the vision and timeline for your real estate plan whether it is homeownership or adding real estate to your investment portfolio. I can provide the most meaningful information with a timely action plan for you to make your real estate decisions. Because I invest the time to really listen, I’m confident that your feedback will be like that of many other clients…“Wow, this is IT! We’re home!” Whether you are “buying” or “selling” a home, your real estate needs are my first priority. Resourceful with IntegrityAn important part of your real estate decision will include getting answers to your questions about the availability of local resources and options in each community. As a Northwest native and private real estate investor in the Seattle area for over 17 years, I have developed a keen sense of the distinctive characteristics and resources across Seattle, the neighborhoods, and close-in smaller communities. I have an in-depth understanding of complex real estate contracts and have a proven track record of leveraging my negotiation skills to achieve a “win” for all parties. A strong financial background helps me provide solid advice for all of your real estate needs. With my additional education and experience in home Staging and my keen eye for creative detail, I can help provide sellers with the critical advantage needed to properly prepare their home to sell quickly and for the most money. After personally relocating to multiple cities across the country, I have developed an in-depth knowledge of the specific needs and concerns that buyers have when moving to the metro Seattle area. Personal integrity and ethical standards and practices are my foundation and central to all of my daily activities when I work for you.
Community SupportThe opportunity to give back and provide support within the community has long been important to me. Active support of the YWCA, Washington Women’s Foundation, and Washington Women In Need have all given me the opportunity to help those in immediate need. As a Board member and active participant in the Seattle Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, I have had the opportunity to donate both my time and items of value to Teen Hope, an overnight shelter for runaway teens in the Seattle area.
